2. Hosting and Data
Data is hosted by Supabase (AWS) on servers located in the European Union (Ireland/Frankfurt). Your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) are encrypted in the database and are never shared with third parties.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Helmdash uses third-party AI models. None of your private data is used to train these models. Using models via API ensures privacy according to the strict terms of service (Zero data retention for training) of our providers.
4. User Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us directly or via the application interface (1-click account deletion).
