1. Purpose
These Terms govern the access and use of Helmdash, an AI-powered cockpit for startup founders.
2. Subscription and Payment
Access to the service is billed according to the current plans (Founder Deal, BYOK, Full). Payments are secured by Stripe. No refunds are given for partial months. The 14-day trial is free and without commitment.
3. Third-party API Keys (BYOK Plan)
Users of the 'Bring Your Own Key' plan are responsible for the use, billing, and limits of their own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral). Helmdash disclaims all liability in the event of quota limits or API suspension by the provider.
4. Limitation of Liability
The advice and analysis provided by the Helmdash Agent are generated by artificial intelligence. They cannot replace the advice of an expert (accountant, lawyer, financial advisor). The user is the sole decision-maker.
